illegal my foot. Keep dreaming. So long as what has been done does not violate the electoral act, then it cannot be termed illegal. The electoral act backs INEC to use whatever means possible to transmit result so long as the act is not violated. Or are you tell me that if there are technical breaches that INEC cannot resolve in a reasonable time frame, elections should be postponed? Is that what you are saying? The electoral act envisaged this, that was why it gave INEC the powers to choose. No one, not even the shut down of all telecommunication services can stop INEC from not conducting elections. No one or issue can hold the country to ransom. We move.
Your excuse of technical glitches is not acceptable in law.
Since you now resort to excuse of technical glitches on INEC's equipment that day, you have, unknown to you perhaps, called the election an illegality.

I believe they are the states governors right? But then we need 19 states more to get the vote nullified
which is not possible. Apc controls most governor. This case go funny gan

grin grin you're very funny. Making mouth from your small room on a faceless forum as if you have a say in the issue at hand. You are not a justice of the courts, neither are you the plaintiff nor the defendant. Okay o!

Only oppositions states are joining. They're joining because of Atiku's money they collected

OneNigerianist:
I thought as much. This is a constitutional issue not a tribunal issue. More states should join too.
Although the issue of not securing 1/4 in Abuja would have made more sense in the supreme court, i didn't see it here.

If not that Obituaries are gullible fools.

How does Peter Obi wants to manage a Legislature with his minority party?

Pdp's state

Wike made the right calculation aswear. Upon how Gov Wike was frequent in Edo state during Gov Obaseki reelection, one would have thought Wike is an Edo resident.

The same Obaseki still had the guts to betray Wike without feeling any remorse. Where was Atiku during Obaseki's reelection? In Dubai

Why should Gov Wike be in the same camp with those who betrayed him openly? If you were Wike, would you support Atiku with Tambuwal and Obaseki in the same camp?
Why didn't he support Peter Obi, the people's choice? He's a fraud and will be disgraced. Watch!

Wike political career is over, Amaechi will laugh last, Wike is losing PDP, even if Fubara wins, he will betray Wike, but I doubt he will win, some people called me from River State and cross river telling me that they voted for Mr Peter Gregory Obi, that the elections was rigged in River State and cross river.

At least you were humble enough to say "some people"
What about the other people that felt it was not rigged? You can't judge only from some.
You are not on ground in Rivers, but you believe whatever you hear from afar.

Tinubu betrayed Nigerians because no one is happy at the outcome of the election results which was stolen from the labor party tongue

The fact that the minority won is not even the reason for the silence, We (luck minority) just decided to be mature about the whole thing ... celebrating might gaslight the nation ... Majority lost becos opposition could not unite.

there is a thing line between Celebration & mocking. We the luck winners decided to play mature
