Can you please mention the states in NE and NW you feel Peter Obi won and he was rigged out of favour?

What Peter Obi got in on PU in Bauchi was greater than what they gave him in the local government from the same PU.

That means you're agreeing he didn't win the election because inability to win a state in any of those zones will prevent him from emerging the winner as he won't be able to meet up with number of required states to win the election.

NE and NW have a total of 13 states

Obidients have agreed Obi is unable to win any state in the NE and NW.

So are Obidients saying Obi won the remaining 24 states with over 25% and has emerged winner?
