Online education?

During the lockdown, many universities offered subsidised cost for certificate programmes.

Harvard did. National Physical Laboratory of the UK did. University of Texas did. We partnered with them to offer verified certificate courses at subsidised rates.

Harvard even had free for some courses. CS50 and Phthon Programming were subsidized too.
