According to Alake, the mode or method of the transmission of results rest squarely on the directive from INEC through the chairman!
Inec chairman had reiterated that electronic transfer or transmission will be used during the election!
This is also in line with the part of the constitution that explicitly states that the INEC officers at the PU will, after counting and declaring the winner, will take a picture of the results and make a transfer!
Since the matter is now in court, the APC PCC should wait for the interpretation of that section of the electoral law!

Where did LP party got party agents, are u not in Nigeria when the inec published list of party agents in polling units,. LP did not have representative in more than 60 percent of polling units in Nigeria. So they are relying on others party figures in those polling units, relying on others parties figure in the North where they failed too? Where they recorded lowest votes. Here in Ekiti, they don't have party agents in more than 95% polling units, if they were rigged in those polling units, how wiill LP party challenged that? May b PDP and APC decided to rigged for themselves , pls can will LP know this, they only rely on where there's going to b over voting and nothing of such happened here

See what you don't understand is that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

It's not only labour going to court. In places like Ekiti where LP was not on ground, PDP was on ground so they will present evidence on Ekiti which will inturn slash APCs votes there if they did commit malpractices there.

Let all invalid votes be removed whether it be for APC PDP or LP let us see the true winner.

After the bigoted result we saw last week where LP won 95% in the southeast while other regions spilt their votes among parties, people can now see the obidient mob for what it really is.

If election is reconducted today, Obi will lose so much, he won't see 25% in more than 8 states.
Obi will always win any day in a free and fair election, Just as he won the last election and will definitely get back his by God's grace...

What has never happened in Nigeria will happen this year, and the enemy of free and fair election will be put to shame by the power of God.

Only in Nigeria would a thief steal and then muster the impudence to argue that stealing was no crime...

This kind of asinine argument is shocking but there is no doubt that most of this people have become irremediable...

It is disgusting how the APC seems to be shooting itself in the foot with all these comments. Why can't they leave the interpretation of the law to the judiciary?
On the other hand, allow the grieving parties to approach the court as it is their right to do so. What is the APC afraid of? If you won on a level playing field, you should be proud to defend it.
The era of letting things slide just for so-called peace to reign will continue to put our democracy on the path of desolation.

P.S: Dear Nairaland Moderators, Kindly double your effort in rooting-out tribalistic elements from this forum. It doesn't give Nairaland a good name.
The fewer of them we've in this forum, the better and saner for all of us

Politics of Hate: You want to replace a hardworking Sanwoolu with an inexperienced Yoruba-Hating bigot Gbadebo RV, you will be disappointed!

But it was nice to swap drug boron vote thief with who won election??
I guess you can see the handwriting on the wall, LP from been useless structureless party to something you should be worried about in less than 5months, I love the progress, you can also see you don't literally own Lagos and you must treat other tribes fair in Lagos else you will loose the election.
Can't you see in the next 20yrs other tribes would be ruling Lagos, can't you see it yet grin grin grin

APC is really evil, if you are celebrating the robbery that was done last Saturday in the name of elections; may you be rigged out of any position you naturally merited, may any promotion that you are qualified for be swapped with another person in whatever name you worship. Amen.

INEC Chairman vowed they would not renege on their promise or electronic transmission of Results DIRECTLY FROM POLLING UNITS. It's on video. AIT aired it yesterday over & over!

Intact, they ensured transmission for Senatorial & National Assembly BUT SHUT DOWN ORESIDENTIAL. WHY? SO THEY COULD RIG, BUT THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.

BAT stole the People's Mandate. APC, BAT and millions of Nigerians home & abroad know that the Supreme Court would cancel this election & order another this time with electronic transmission of REAL-TIME ONLINE from Polling Units.

Take Back Your Country Dear Nigerians from these criminals who stab women, and who intimidated & suppressed and disenfranchised millions of Nigerians.

There is nowhere in the constitution where it is mandatory. Aggrieved parties will be surprised when their cases are strucked out in court for lack of merit! INEC reserves the right to use any means for the declaration of result.
