That’s not how student accommodation works.

Whoever you’re renting from will tell you the move in date (usually from September) and you can book anytime before then with a small deposit (usually £100 - £150). If you check Reddit you’ll see a lot of students have booked their September accommodation since January and rent payments will start when you move in.

People book early so they can have options and because there’s a housing crisis. But it’s safer to book directly on the accommodation website and not through a third party

Look at ADB REVIEWER means your application is still at branch level please chase with the branch you used, it is when it gets to ADB Supervisor that it will be at HQ before proper processing will begin, my advice is chase with your branch they stall the process most times

The reference letter I used in getting admission is dated sept 2022 cos that’s when I applied to schools. Now I’m about to apply for visa. Can I still use that same reference letter or it’s too old now? Has any one used a 6months old reference letter before and got visa?

Bro try to apply to more schools I was refused 2021 I presently have 4 unconditional offers, try to apply to more schools they would give you offer I even uploaded my refusal letter to the school before they gave the admission.
