Though im inclining to the later but it will take time to build and pack in. I don't want him to be a tenant, but a landlord.

1. Building the house in 3months, will it be possible now that we are entering raining season.

2. Rent an apartment (6months) and steadily build the house?

There's this prestige and sense of fufilment that comes with building a house. If you have the financial capacity why not, even the earth and heaven's will greatly reward you greatly for putting a smile on that man's face.
