I’ve done that oh. But can I download the form and fill then upload it?

There’s also that option.

But I feel it’s stressful and at the end of the day it may be large.
Use another PC, it’ll work

Sorry for the delay. I may be wrong, but I guess there may be a lump sum in ur mum account without explanation. Did u use ur mum coorperate acct or personal acct?

The truth is that, I paid for the account and the agent used my mom as the sponsor...

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Yomit2(m): 10:00pm On Mar 07, 2023
Hello house, I just applied for my sister’s student visa. She plans to go with two of her kids (13 and 5 years). I noticed I wasn’t asked to fill a separate form for the kids except the family information form where I checked the box that two of her kids would be going with her. Do I need to fill a separate forms for these kids?

Also, there is a biometric request for her alone. Is this the right thing to do?

I booked for a month. Its a shared apartment (private room, the rest of the house is shared).
It is always expensive if booked close to the end of month or begin of month cos of the high demand. I checked a month to my departure and was getting around $500 - $600, i kept procrastinating and it jumped to $900 - $1000 when i booked.
Housing in Ontario is generally high.
Would you advise Airbnb or a regular 2-3 star hotel/motel? cause the bnbs are looking quite expensive and they apparently have less services than a regular hotel. I am planning on arriving
London Ontario(Fanshawe) late April. Also can you get a phone plan at the airport so you can immediately be equipped before entering ?

Landing gist....

Everything from my admission to my arrival in Canada was my first attempt and I thank God for his grace.

My flight departure time was 1:40pm, it was moved to 1:20pm and I didn't know till I arrived at the airport, thankfully I was there 4 hrs to the time. See crowd (people dey really comot naija o) the place be like island market, noisy, ridiculously small, hot and unorganized.
Got in with fam members who came to see me off and firstly the scanner did not work for several minutes. When it finally worked/scanned my bags, I headed to the airline saying excuse me up n down so I could pass the crowd.
Omo despite all my arrangements the bags were 30kg each instead of 23kg each, na there I begin bargain for the excess luggage and had to settle them before I was able to check-in the bags. From there to immigration and customs, they were very fast, I only submitted my passport/tickets and filled the yellow card.
We left Lagos 40mins late cos everybody wan board at the same time, dem just dey shout *queue up, single line* but e no work. We sha boarded and damn those Ethiopian airline crew ladies fine sha.
My first flight experience and first international flight, I just dey happy dey smile like cow. Food served was actually good just that dem wan use rice choke person. Lunch and dinner na rice every time throughout all the flights.
Flight was good, got to Addis Ababa and mehn come see airport na, large, organized and finally people come queue. We did the usual scanning and routine search and joined the next flight after 2hrs layover. The descending flight at Dublin was the worst, my head wan explode, my belle just dey turning on ein own. It was as though we were falling instead of descending. After an hour of refueling we flew to Toronto from there.
Flight to Toronto was good, we arrived and met the large beautiful airport. See crowd of first time students. I could count the blacks/Nigerians, the rest were Indians/Asians.
We queued, did self declaration (arrive-can was useless) and In a few minutes we were issued our student permits (it's usually the entire duration of the visa/length of program).
Got out of the airport to pick an Uber and it was as though I walked into a deep freezer lol, I immediately wore my winter jacket ontop of the sweater I was wearing, wore my hand gloves and I was fine.

Canada is large and beautiful. Tarred roads, the express had like 10 lanes each. I was debited for the Uber ride immediately I booked unlike naija where you are billed after your ride. The driver Even stopped to buy fuel (in my mind if na naija now u fit stop dey buy fuel when my trip dey read?)

If I could do this myself, I believe anyone can and I pray that everyone still praying and hoping on God will smile at the end.
Omo how the toilet(s) day for the plane because all those hours person go need enter bathroom. I've never needed a toilet on a domestic flight but those are highest an hour plus

TradeSunMoore:

It is not compulsory. But a reference letter, letter of support , affidavit of support and an MBS bank statement from your sponsor will definitely count as a positive factor in POF.

My SP got refused yesterday

App Submitted: February 21st
Biometrics: February 27th (got updated same day)
Breakfast: March 7th (last night)

Generic Response;

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:

• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

I've been weak and tired since last night 🥺
