Please @ Ndissle , my tecno is stuck on bootloop and when I tried to use the power key + volume up key, it is just showing the tecno logo every few seconds then go blank and back up again on the logo. Can falling of a phone make it stuck on bootloop?

Also my phone Is having this issue; whenever the screen wakes up the network disappears and the phone shows no sim card. But if I reboot the phone and use it without allowing the screen to go off, it runs smoothly. But if I lock the phone and wake it up or anything triggers the screen to wake, the network flies off and it shows no sim card again, thereby forcing me to restart the phone and setting the screen timeout to 30 minutes.
