You can please disregard this. I checked my email, it was only the counterfoil I saw not the letter of introduction. I think people that have travelled with kids can help us with this cos I would like to know as well

Thank you very much, the counterfoil and LOI have dropped for SOWP... And only counterfoil for VV.
I asked someone who's in Canada,... It's only counterfoil that's needed for VV, at the port of entry they'll issue a visitor's record for VV and work permit for OWP.
So all is good, just waiting to get the passports back. I'm happy both are valid till 2027

The reason is that my client information is already 4.116MB already.

Can IRCC penalize someone because of that?

Reason: You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse is a full-time student in a qualifying program at a DLI in Canada. Refused under R205(c)(ii).
I submitted all documents apart from acceptance letter and enrollment form. Guys what should I do now?

My wife's PPR is out. I applied on 19th December 2022 (with upfront medical). PPR issued on 2nd March.

Thanks sooo much for your contribution. It was this thread that made me apply for SOWP for my wife. Initially, I wanted to apply for visitor visa but people advised me against it and recommended I apply for SOWP instead. I was initially scared about the processing time I was seeing on cic, but PPR has just been issued in just 2.5 months.

No. You wouldn't be penalized. But it is ideal to put all ur supporting doc in client information

Depends on the airline, most times it is 23kg for 2 bags for each person and 7kg for hand luggage

It is always good to over submit than under-submit. Because a refusal means another 3-4 months delay. it's not worth it. Let me tell you the documents I submitted to prove my studentship for my wife's visa:

acceptance letter (very very important)
scholarship letter
student permit
my stamped passport page
enrollment form
my PPR
proof of payment of school tuition
