guy we know say u de work with all these loan sharks, but if he can't pay what do u expect him to do. It's not like u guys verify someone's ability to pay back loans before giving out such loans, and when they can't pay back it's an issue.

dude, it's the loan sharks that are the actual scammers, u give someone with no means of paying back a loan, a soft loan for 7days and expect the person to pay over 40% interest in such a short time. It's crazy, I thank God say I don comot from their traps cos those loans are actually good for nothing.

They may have stopped but I can assure you that this is a plot that will haunt you later and you'll, tears in eyes, hanky in hand, repay the loan.

Your name is already in red at the Credit Bureau and the interest keeps growing arithmetically.

If you wanna be a big time player in your industry and need funds, the bad debt will rear its ugly head.

If you're in a white-collar job and your company does quarterly credit checks, you'll be "advised" to clear the debt, irrespective of its current astronomical amount.

If you're in for a grant and credibility is to be ascertained, your guess is as good as mine.

If you're in league with foreign investors and they need to verify your degree of indebtedness, that would likely be an epic fail. Why? The amount may be infinitesimal, but the years of indebtedness will likely taint your credibility.

The ifs are endless.

I'll just advise you to clear your debt while it's still "affordable".

I hope whenever you decide to repay, L-Credit should still be in business. Else, the debt "may" forever remain.

I'm advising you from a well-informed position. Please, take the advise.

Many of them take these loans with no intention to pay from the get-go.
I am sorry to say this but the average Nigerian is a lying,scamming, corrupt,hypocritical(highest church and mosque attending people,but not following teachings of this 2 religions),criminally minded person.
The interest is calculated for them,spelt out for them,repayment date well stated and agreed,once they get credited with the loan,they now start complaining of the very high interest rate and short period of repayment.
Wicked people.That is why they have been cursed with devilish rulers for a long time.

I’m owing Lcredit to… they’ve put me into a very serious debt . Since business stopped going well. What I do is borrow from one loan app to pay another and it’s been hell, I’m owning like 10 loan apps now. I wan die . I don’t sleep well again. At a point, I attempted suicide cos the threats and all of texting my contacts and posting my pictures… can someone advice on what to do?

nothing, absolutely nothing, if you have money to pay them please do but if you don't have, please don't go and commit crime in the name of trying to pay back your loan.
If they like let them call all your contacts, lebel you a thief or a wanted criminal even a rapist, that shouldn't be your worry.
Things are hard, like I said if you have money pay them buy if you did not have money damn their consequences because they are criminals themselves.
The worst thing you can do to yourself is to commit suicide to a loan shark who is stealing from Nigerians, they don't even have the mind to take you to court because them themselves are bunch of criminals who doesn't have address.
My brother what I'm saying is that you should not bother yourself, if they call hour contacts tell them to go and collect their money from whoever they called.
Believe me withing one week
another person will start calling you claiming that he/she is the overall general manager that he/she is not aware of the staff misconduct bla bla bla that you should pay whatever you have until you finish the payment, this is after they've call your contacts o to no avail
