Buhari and emefiele started this madness let them both do something, the suffering is getting too much , clueless buhari should tell that bald incompetent CBN failure to direct banks immediately to allow old naira as a legal tender since supreme court has validated it already two weeks now these two kept quiet that's to tell you all they don't mean well for this country, these two should prepare to go to jail very soon

Buhari is the CBN governor. . He is the petroleum minister. . He is also the minster of finance.
