But the irony of it is in my opinion when it comes to TV shows, the opposite is the case. I feel TV shows coming out in the late 2010s and this era are the best era of all time for TV shows.

I don't think TV shows of the 90s and 2000s can match the all-round quality of the 2010s.
2010s to me is the UNDISPUTED GOAT in terms of TV entertainment quality of all time.

The way some people worship critics is just funny...

Most critics are just average everyday people watch movies and just have maybe one small movie review blog

Their reviews are no better than the Audience...I've seen loads of terrible "Critic" reviews

They are not of a higher breed...they are just like you and I...
Most don't even have anything special in their blogs...they write the same way any of us can if that was our line of work...

Only a few of them actually write tangible/special reviews in their blogs...

I've checked some of the blogs of these "critics" from IMDB and the likes...


Those your average Twitter reviewers that you see have very shîtty opinion on movies/series, if they had one small blog, they could easily apply to become critics for all these rating sites...

Everyone has their taste, different people find different movies appealing for different reasons so i don't thing its proper to fault anybodies rating . but for banter purposes i might attack your ratings .
Before you watch any movie you have an expectation if that expectation is fufulled to the max then in deserves a 10/10 another persons comes with a different expectation and is not satified he gives it a 5/10 . they are all right in their ratings.

Everyone has thier BAIS . deal with it as it pleases you.

I've watched majority of the shows I put out there. The few ones I haven't watched, I already researched them and have them on my watchlist for years. Just don't have the time for it yet. And if you see me recommending it to someone else, I know I'm also definitely gonna enjoy it. I'm that good knowing what I'll love and what I want.

The difference is a critic is more or less a professional at that and has a job specifically reviewing stuff. Saves you the time or stress finding out if something is your cup of tea.

✓If critics rating is not important, people will not come here and swear for people that recommended TV shows or films with high ratings for them and ended up being disappointed.
✓If critique no important, you for calm down go watch the rubbish or genius TV show yourself first without waiting for person wey go watch am come give you feedback.
✓If critic reviews were not important, you'd not come here and ask for recommendations. You'll simply go to Google and type your genre and get results ASAP.

Instead of thinking for yourself and giving it the rating you think it deserves...you follow whatever critics tell you...
