Even when there were issue then about the tenure of the former chairman, the agency never shortchanged any candidate. Yes, it must show the applicant passport, it's only the guarantor passport form that will be empty

Just leave that private and public thing, the issue is that u should be able to upload your documents. I used all of it private though

Private be say only u should see but the ndlea ict people will still have access to the pictures na, so it's a little useless

U have to have patience like this naira crush era, u keep clicking back and login until it connects, don't refresh it just back click and log-in for the next 2 hours or more with stable light or battery until it connects
