(1)The video was doctored,as is commonplace in Nigeria now where people can post fake videos and go Scots free
(2)The video was an old video way before this present election cycle.

I then took a bit of time to watch it after,just to amuse myself,then realised I didn't hear what they claim he said about obi,only obi name was mentioned and then you could see a crude attempt at editing before the video cuts.
