Your head dey there! You can also add the goal against Gabon where he ''heighted'' the goalkeeper or the scissors kick against Kenya in 1992. Philosopher1979: 1 Like |

chrisooblog: Since u are an old timer i will tell u. Osimhen is a combination of yekini and amokachi at the same time. He can batter a defence like amokachi and also score goals. That his pressing and hardwork is amokachi like and he has yekini scoring instinct. He can disorganize a defence so the other forwards can score. Thats my assesment of him. 3 Likes |

Chief you don cast me o youngie like me. Yes you're spot on in your description of Osimhen. He's one of the few top forwards in the world right now whose physical presence genuinely unsettles defences. Since Agali I don't think we've had a forward who's also so commanding in the air. Almost 100% sure he will pass Yekini's record if he remains injury free God willing. Philosopher1979: 1 Like |

komekn: You are not entirely wrong about his Belgian numbers, even though excuses can be made for him because he plays mostly from the wings, but when and where(UEL) it matters the most, they put him in the middle and he and the current best forward in the EPL are leading the pack with 5 goals each, hence, top teams in Europe are going gaga 3 Likes 1 Share |

charlesemeka85: I was trying to find his stats in the Belgium Pro league, expecting him to be among at the very least top 10 in the league. But he is not , he is actually 29 , so what's so great about him ❓ I apologize it seems there is some confusion, I wasn't making any reference to his age but his position in the Belgium Pro league goal scoring charts. Because he is so far down you get different ratings. For instance ESPN have him as joint 22 with about 13 players and transfer market alphabetically 32. For someone you said is EPL quality I think he is very far off the mark. He had not done enough. Belgium league is rated 8th in Europe just above Scottish premier League.Tue Championship is widely held to be above the Scottish premier League. In my opinion the term winger is not as it used to be. We talk about complete forward players, Mane and Salah are more than Winger's, in this regards we can say the same for Mahrez, Raheem, Rashford, Martenelli, Saka, etc

Samueltemi337: Maybe so , but he is presented her by some as EPL quality forward player. But his stats dont say that ,7 goals all season in much weaker league is not oustanding. |

komekn: The bolded is an agenda you constantly push in an attempt to downplay other leagues outside Europe's top 5... Don't worry, yhe Scottish league will soon slip further out of the top 10 seeing as their only club, Celtic and Rangers can't go further in European competitions.. Lots of players have made it to the EPL from the Belgian league and thrived, so I don't see how Boniface would be different.. Premier league clubs sign their players from different leagues all ober the world... 1 Like |
