Lukuluku69: There are circumstances that lead people to stealing, a sane country should solve that, not giving the people cruel punishment for mere stealing that's not armed robbery. Even if you make laws to behead people who steal or even behead their family join, people will still be stealing as a way of survival if they are conditioned to do so. |

Islamists: It is true that harsh punishment sometimes don't deter some people from committing a crime. For instance, if you approach Indonesia for an entry Visa into that country. You will see it clearly in prints that taking Narcotics into Indonesia attracts the Death Penalty, yet you see people doing drugs into Indonesia. When Jehovah gave the Laws and commandments as well as the punishment for infringement, did Jehovah not know that such punishments won't stop Israelites from infringing on those Statues? If you have cared to research and not just the lies you have been fed with, you will see and know that for this particular punishment of chopping Thieving hands are only carried out when it has been exhaustively concluded that the States have provided the Basic for that person e.g Housing, Shelter and food, health care etc then if you are found to have stolen then be ready to lose your hand. A word of advice, study Islam and it's teachings on your own. If in doubts on any things or they are nebulous then seek clarifications from with Islam. The Judeo-Christian world have been envious and jealous of Islam for Centuries, as such they don't have any good thing to say about it. May you know peace! |
