"...these young, educated voters had one common goal – to make a difference.".....

But ethno-religious bigotry made Mahmood of INEC with his kin in Buhari cabal disappoint those young voters who wanted to change Nigeria for good.

Mahmood wanted to renew the tenure of his kinsmen of Buhari cabal in Aso Rock, with old and sick Tinubu as front to become a sleeping or sick president in Aso Rock, while Mahmood's kinsmen continue to shove it down the throats of Nigerians. A most deceptive and fraudulent election in Nigeria's history.
Deception started November 2022 when Mahmood told voters that vote results would be transmitted directly from the BIVAS in real time to INEC portal to enable viewers watch the progress and final results of the election.

But Mahmood had another plan in mind. On election day in 2023, INEC iREV portal was wilfully disactivated. Voters never viewed the progress and results of the election on the day of the election.
A few days later, Mahmood used contrived figures to pronounce Tinubu as winner, and in effect, renewed the tenure of Buhari cabal in Aso Rock

receive sense Oga, no body voted for Obi because of LP, we voted for him based on competence, integrity, trust, compassion and his clean pass record as a governor.

The election went as it should have.

Just because everyone voted LP in your area does not mean that they did so in other states.

And just because people complain about APC does not mean they won't vote for APC in the elecitons.

Welcome to Nigeria. People like me saw that Nigerians don;t necessarily vote for new things....and became totally cynical.

Besides, would you have voted LP in 2019, or 2015? Would you have voted for one of the new parties that was not PDP, LP, APC, or NNPP?

You won't. You just want your side to win.

Good am.

Forget education and claim to sophistry, the most bigoted youths are Yorubas, how do you explain their craze and wild support for a known druggie, drug lord and expert looter like Tinubu in the name of, 'he is Yoruba, he built Lagos', which Lagos? It is lazy thinking and serious common sense dementia to refer to anyone that supports Peter Obi as "IPOB". Agreed, the core north, like the way they think, were ok with the Tinubu/Shettima ticket as all they care is 'let us spite them with the Muslim -Muslim ticket, this they will support even when poverty is written all over them beyond the people of Somalia and Sudan where there is war. Yoruba Muslims are even more pathetic, in the north, they will hardly allow a Yoruba Muslim to lead prayers yet they keep rubbing it in that the ticket is theirs, Muslims
I just pity us as it is obvious Tinubu is only going to expand his Lagos thieving empire to cove the entire country like it was in Lagos, God forbid!

You are not a yoruba, no yoruba can be this daft and crass.

Erm, I don't care for either side.

Also, I got tired of the rigging allegations years ago.

Plus, one thing I know, if Obi won' he won't change anything about elections. Changing elections goes way beyond changing rules. It requires changing people's mindset.

I just dey look you, PDP supporter, the same way I look the APC supporters. You don't want change.

You see, I'm a Peter Obi supporter but if he didn't win the election, I'm fine with that. We try another day and build more bridges.

What I'm not fine with is rewriting votes from the polling units by INEC officials. I want to know the actual results of the election, no matter who it favors.

What we got from INEC was certainly not what the people decided at the polling units.

Also, which young Nigerians? Most of the young Nigerians who voted for Obi live in the cities, not in the rural areas or the Northern parts of the nation.

Also, in my opinion, Obi divided the opposition vote by leaving PDP.

Addendum

Obi was in PDP. If he won, it would have been PDPAPC by another name in charge. If we wanted real change, we would have all voted for parties that were not PDP, APC, LP or NNPP.

From your last sentence, the reason why you mentioned LP was because Obi and the Obidients came and made it a party to reckon with,if Obi had joined ADC,you will have again said "we would have all voted for parties that were not PDP, APC, ADC or NNPP

Yeah, because I am tired of the same old elite...and Obi is part of that same old elite.

You guys should stop pretending he isn't.

If you want change, vote for parties without former or current PDP or APC members. Or form your own party, or admit you just want your side to win.

I don't do parties...
So as a matter of fact, I'm not a Labour party member... I'm only a member of the Obidient movement...
And the Obidient movement is a movement of the youths that have decided we've had enough of the status quo...
Peter Obi is more of a figure head!!!!...
He didn't create the movement,we did...
We only decided to queue behind him with the idea that he has only four years to prove himself as being able to give us the Nigeria we want, else the tsunami movement that brought him to power will also displace him

And again what we need as regards to party,is not a party without an old elite or former members of APC and PDP,what we need is a party without a stronghold of godfathers

If you are queueing behind Obi, it shows you don't want change.

You would have chosen one of your own number , then I would have known you were serious.

But you guys chose a member of the same elite...someone who was part of the same elite, and someone who left the corrupt PDP not out of priniciple, but because they did not give him their ticket.

You guys, you and APC are the same. I have seen tinubu loyalists say the same thing you are saying. We do not do parties, we only support Tinubu.

Obi was part of PDP, who messed up this country, that people were gotten into a positon to choose the even worse APC.

Anyway, I don try. Nigerians always want their side to win.

You keep saying "one of your own"
I'm hoping maybe you can give me an example of someone who has held a government position, and to the best of our knowledge, has not meddled "deep" into corruption and funds mismanagement...

Because the last time i checked, children don't give birth to children, adults do...

So probably maybe what we are doing is putting someone who we've seen has held a very Top and sensitive governmental position, and with a very high probability of gradually allowing the youths into positions that'll help in grooming and preparing for the top Job....

I definitely will not be in support of an SUG president becoming Nigerias president without going through some positions first to see what he or she can do...

Just like what's happening in Lagos state,GRV is "one of us" like you'll say, and I'll prefer if he wins,we will get to see if he's capable of doing a wonderful Job, and
after four or eight years ,maybe the movement won't push him up for the top Job

Well, for me, Obi, Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso, and all of them, Buhari and GEJ and Obasanjo and even Yaradua are all the same thing.

You don't want change. You just want your side to win.

Better accept that. Don't come pretending Obi is going to change things, because if he was, Anambra state would have been a world beater.

Obi is like Tinubu...all BAT supporters crow about how Tinubu changed Lagos, yet, Lagos is a mess. A big mess.

The election was bad, very bad.

If I were Peter Obi's legal team, I will go after those returning officers who falsified the numbers from the polling units, so that next time, if anyone is approached with money, they know they will go to jail afterwards.

People are dismissed from work because of age falsification or forgery of certificates and documents, same should apply to those hundreds of INEC officers who participated in the crimes

In the end, maybe, the votes that Tinubu actually got may not even be more than 3 million, who knows
Legal team? A man that got the 3rd position in an election?

The election was not perfect, but it was not as bad as you make it out to be.

Actually, APC lost. They won because the opposition vote was divided into three parties. Had the opposition vote been for one party, APC would have been out in the cold.

If it was rigged, we would have been talking of APC winning the majority of the vote. Not the minority they won.

Next time, Obi, Atiku, Wike and Kwakwaso should not split the party.
Give lp their votes first.

It’s a simple issue. No need to foolishly argue, just insist on INEC allowing immediate access to his legal team like the court ordered. Unless they have something to hide?

I hope the courts can see through INEC shenanigans and question the validity of the data they present when they finally grant access. I’m sure they’ve had enough time to clean up their mess

A functional illiterate is one who can read but does not make use of the skill.

The IREV portal is open to see the uploaded results where tippex was used to switch LP votes with APC in polling booths in almost every state.

Some just crossed out LP vote and added it to APC and uploaded like that.

Some results have no signature on them

So Avail yourself of knowledge before you come to the public to espouse ignorance.
