The APC is just jittery everywhere. In a 21st century civilization, APC and SDP are against INEC’s BVAS, IREV and electronic transmission of election results? Why are these people this backward? Don't they see how election are being digitalised today across the world? Ghana did! Kenya did it with their Supreme Court even recovering a stolen mandate. So why can't the ironic giant of Africa do likewise? A glaring fact remains that, these anti-democratic elements can't win elections clean via the ballot hence they always resort to violence, voter’s intimidation, electoral malpractice, and sabotaging of the electoral hence democratic processes in conjuction with INEC. APC didn't win the 2023 election. The evidence are glaring. 216 Likes 24 Shares |

Against the general clamour for a lasting solution to the myriad of electoral problems facing the country, 50 members of the All Progressives Congress in the Senate and two of their counterparts in the main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party, on Thursday voted against electronic transmission of election results in the forthcoming general elections.Full list: Senators who voted against electronic transmission of election results https://www.google.com/amp/s/punchng.com/senators-who-voted-against-electronic-transmission-of-election-results/%3famp Nigerian Election: Why INEC didn’t adopt electronic transmission of results — APC chieftain https://www.google.com/amp/s/dailypost.ng/2023/03/03/nigerian-election-why-inec-didnt-adopt-electronic-transmission-of-results-apc-chieftain/%3famp=1 2023: Electronic Transmission Of Results Not Mandatory – APC Replies Atiku, Obi - Politics https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/586069-nigeriadecides2023-electronic-transmission-of-results-not-mandatory-apc-replies-atiku-obi.html The anti-democratic stance of the operators of the structure of corruption, criminality and then unconstitutionalism in the APC have been know from antiquity. However, it is unfortunate that gullible Nigerians willfully handed over a complex nation as such to a band of desperate toxic power drunk fellas due to parochial and ethno-religious supremacist sentiments 33 Likes 6 Shares |

helinues:Nope! Evil people because they have not and will never succeed as the court have long ruled that INEC must transmit election results electronically. "INEC Must Transmit Governorship Election Results Electronically" - Court https://punchng.com/inec-must-transmit-gov-polls-results-electronically-court/?amp "Lagos State: Labour Party Secures Court Order Compelling INEC To Transmit Results." https://twitter.com/MissPearls/status/1631708672907673617?s=19 Court Orders E-Upload And Physical Pasting Of Election Results In Akwa Ibom https://dailynigerian.com/court-orders-inec-transmit/ Meanwhile, why are you guys running, falling to do INEC work for INEC? Why is the APC kicking against BVAS, IREV and electronic transmission of election results? What is Progressive about an oppressive and suppressive government? This will never be the same scenario as the presidential election that the APC connive with INEC to rig which will be upturned by the courts. The nemesis and Waterloo loading for you is unprecedented. 35 Likes 1 Share |

Transparency & credibility are the beauty of any election. Inec must do the needful & transmit results immediately from Polling Units to reduce chances of manipulating results. 52 Likes 1 Share |

helinues:You are the one that has been wailing uncontrollably that court have permitted INEC to choose the modality of transmitting election results. While sane people have been reminding you lots that INEC does not have any choice but to electronically transmit election results based on the electoral act or law which you lots in the APC have been sore afraid of. 59 Likes 1 Share |

What sort of shameless barbarism is this? The only progressive thing in the electoral act which is capable of almost eliminating electoral malpractice, the APC is publicly challenging it in court? Just the other day, INEC in connivance with the APC blatantly flouted this single most critical content of the new electoral law, thereby enabling one of the most brazen electoral heists in recent history. Now the very same scoundrels are calling for the legalisation of their heist? Like seriously, dont these APC guys have any other winning strategy besides outright rigging? Dont these guys have any shame? 31 Likes 1 Share |

I don't think you need a soothsayer to tell you that this was how Tinubu was able to rig the Presidential elections and he intends to ensure same is done at State level. If indeed you and your party are as popular as you have said, then you should have zero to fear about e-transmission of results. The fact that the court has to essentially regurgitate what is written in clear black and white as captured in the latest electoral act, just shows the level of decadence in Nigeria. 28 Likes 3 Shares |
