Globabyyy: You need provide your employment letter, and at least 3month pay slip. You also need study approval letter from your company. The study permit form outside Canada will be downloaded from the application site, it’s call IMM forms, fill and do not click validate until you are sure all details are correct. If your course doesn’t need co-work, then no need to apply. Lastly, what you need to apply for is called a study permit in their site, showing that you already have admission letter from a DLI in Canada, providsuffecient funds and home tie. If you need clearity, let me know 2 Likes 1 Share |

Currently passport cannot be fast tracked unless you travel to a remote area where the passport request are not much. For somewhere like Abuja and Lagos you have to follow the available dates for capturing and then wait for the passport to be ready that is if there is booklet. I will advise you to travel to somewhere like Benue, Nasarawa or any state close to you where you know the rate of passport request won't be high, in places like this you can get your passport same day Kween2014: |

It is a lot of money if it comes from a third party. So, you have to provide information about the person, the relationship and the reason for the gift. It will be challenging to convince the VO, especially if you have not used the funds to pay your tuition fee. Theojamal77: |

alphabbey1: I didn’t submit any employment letter and I got my PPR. And speaking of which: it’s really an advantage to be a fresh graduate. The leverage it’ gives you is that you don’t have any gap years and as such the VO is not looking forward to any explanation 1 Like |

You can use a third-party sponsor, but the onus is on you to convince the vo why the person wants to sponsor you. Bank statements from the person should also be backed by evidence of commitment from the person. Commitment could be in the form of tuition payment, funds transfer to your account, prior financial support, or being present during an important event. Moyosore019: 2 Likes |

Congratulations, we can’t wait to welcome to you in Canada. Just a quick question, did you apply through IRCC portal or the GCKey? Barahskali: |

Let him get to school so he request for confirmation of enrolment. That’s very crucial to IRCC granting your spousal open work permit.

Sorry for the refusal. Do u guyz have active business running? Take some pictures of the business, pictures of U and ur customers, pics of u and ur staffs, sales receipts, company's name card. if u have business page of instagram or facebook provide the link, but it should it should be page u created before the visa application. if u guys have company account and there is inflow and outflow of cash, that will be great to provide it. Finally, if u guys have other convincing ways to explain the lump sum in ur spouse acct, then explain that with proofs. Cheers!! subzheero: 1 Like |

Good Morning everyone. I was served another refusal again yesterday for the second time. Reasons for both refusals: Insufficient assets and financial situation. My program is a diploma in Public Admin (CBU) and doesn’t require tuition deposits. Tuition is $18,518 CAD per year I used proof of funds of N14.4 M in my account. It was MBS with inflow of N75M and outflow of N61M. Of course I wrote reasons for lump sums in my account. My landed properties worth N152M. I submitted notarized Deeds of Assignments for my landed properties and also submitted valuation certificate for them. I wrote my SOP by myself and applied by myself in these two applications. Please I need help, I want to know what I am not doing right. Please help me. @makano @bullstriker @justmellows |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bullstriker: 9:06am On Mar 18, 2023 |
Is this a two-year program? If yes, the funds are indeed insufficient. As a self-sponsor, IRCC expects you to have tuition fees and living expenses for the duration of your program or show a reliable source of funds for the duration of your academic program. The balance is sufficient for a one-year program, but it seems the Vo believed that the funds it’s for the demonstration and therefore have doubts about the funds' sources and availability. Paying a part of the tuition fee can help address the issue. Kindly order a gcms note to get the exact reason. If you used a company account, the available balance is insufficient to justify the sponsorship. AhamefulaEkwonna: |
