3rd round to Usman, arguably draw

2 - 1 to Usman

Itsrm:

If I was in Abeokuta, I would have voted for Dapo. He. tarred the entire link road between Obantoko and Kemta housing estate. Every government has promised to fix that road since we moved there in 2004. A journey that used to take more than an hour if there's traffic has been cut into half with that alternate route.

I don't follow Abeokuta politics and really don't know where it went wrong for him. If people are voting against a sitting governor, something is really wrong.

APC will definitely win Kwara and Benue.

Many people in Ogun don't really dig Dapoaybe because of the politics because there are Amosun people, PDP people and even the APC no too feel am

Also he was perceived to be anti Tinubu and pro Osinbajo in the lead up to the primary which led to the Eleyi issue. But the Tinubu people need APC because Yayi is projected for 2027 and it will be easier with an incumbent party

I wish Dapo wins though cos I no too sabi Ladi Adebutu aside being Baba Ijebus son

Usman’s defense remains poor, especially blocking kicks

Edwards is avoiding the ground like a cat. He wants this fight with both of them standing
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 1:04am On Mar 19, 2023
This last round is close, maybe marginally in favour of Edwards

This fight is Edwards, or draw

Edwards improved massively from the first fight and keeps his belt for me

Absolutely! He neutralized and countered every attempt to make this a floor fight but did suffer some good blows

Edwards wins it
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 1:07am On Mar 19, 2023
Edwards wins, but this fight deserves a trilogy because it was close

Usman dominated the first fight, got knocked out at the last second

2nd fight was tough and close

Deserves trilogy

Usman already won the first before Edward got the belt through that head kick.

This should be the trilogy

Yeah, that's right. I just saw they fought as rookies

Trilogy ends the matter, Edwards takes supremacy

Which is funny because Usman is arguably one of the top 3 UFC fighters of all time

I told you Usman striking defense is poor. When an average striker like Colby Covington is touching you up steadily on the feet it leaves a lot to be desired

You were right baba. Edwards pretty much used the same play book from the 2nd fight and refused to allow this fight go to the mat. Edwards also has a strong chin, he took some very good shots including body shots but stayed up. What is happening to our Nigerian fighters? They are all dropping like flies in the MMA.

Khabib’s retirement did a big number on the lightweight division. To imagine he retired 29-0 and at the prime of his career. I really miss Khabib, he nearly killed Conor.. lol.

States that have produced a total of 1m votes plus since 1999

Compare 2003 with 2023 how many states were churning out huge numbers until PVC came into existence

6 states in 1999
18 states in 2003
Not enough data released for 2007
15 states in 2011
9 states in 2015
7 states in 2019
5 states in 2023

This shows how reduced votes writing has become over the years

At the moment, States capable of returning one million votes or more in Nigeria should not be more than 7 states. But that list spanning from over 20 years ago has over 21 states. Shows how inflation of votes was a normal routine before now.

I believe BVAS is the ultimate game changer in this 2023 election anyway. Unlike before when politicians collude with INEC officials and other party agents perpetuate unimaginable levels of rigging through vote writing and vote inflation. Now, you need to accredit actual real voters with the BVAS to kind of legitimise your rigging because votes can't be higher than the number of accredited voters on BVAS. Though the possibility of rigging has not been totally erased, but it has clearly reduced.

Despite card readers, the 2015 election that ushered in Buhari was also crazy. No way those numbers from NW and NE is totally genuine. People came out to vote Buhari overwhelmingly indeed but the number was thoroughly inflated to balance out GEJ anticipated rigged votes from SS and SE. Those were dark days.

Look at states and compare their peak numbers to 2023

Abia went from 1.2m in 2011 to 370k in 2023
Rivers went from 2.2m in 2003 to 570k in 2023

Seems those 2 are the most dramatic decrease as they tanked by almost 4 times

If they can do something like BVAS for the upcoming census too

BVAS has also reduce or eliminated
1====Multiple voting.
2=====Fake voters and unregistered voters.

If we should be fair, 2023 Election is the most credible in recent history. Yes there are issues here and there but to me is the most credible compared to others we have had.

So you have to prove your tribe before voting in Nigeria?

The way many people support evil here during this election is revealing enough.

I remember when diss.troy said laride deserved the delay of salaries he is experiencing under APC govt for being a staunch supporter of the same evil party.
Many of you became angels that preaches and condemns bad. Today na the same people dey celebrate and undermine the effects of the thug attacks because it favours a party that they don't even get any direct benefit from.

If APC govt happens to any of you now, you will come here seeking for pity from even those of us you laughed at for complaining over APC hook or crook method of power grabbing.

If they want me to post it on my Facebook account this minute, I'd do so. Then in 10 minutes they can confirm by viewing it.

The worthless pricks who were playing neutrals and saints are here celebrating sham victories where certain tribes are being attacked and killed in Lagos.

I won't have visited this thread safe for this mention. I could already predict the comments I'd read and the devious stances.

To those of you sane ones cozying up to these evil-enablers on this thread in the name of "egbon" so you don't ruffle feathers and can go seek favours later, you are worse than them.
Your stomachs and greed have drawn the blinds over your eyes even as your tribesmen and other innocent Nigerians are being treated like poop.
Cûrsed be you till the end of time for your part in suppressing every hope of sociopoliticoeconomic progress, starting from the ballot!

I'm really pained about what happened in Lagos today.

Election that we will have won comfortably on a normal, they just had to taint the victory. I got to my polling units and saw alot of faces that didnt come out to vote in the Presidential election today already voting and I was happy. Saw people going from house to house calling people to come out to vote. Is that not how it should be. We were going to win that election very comfortably but then some people just decided to be unfortunate to prove a point and make a statement.

What best way to make a statement than the way Seyi Makinde made his statement in Oyo. Its well.

Una good night.
Lol, but these things are predictable na, tribal politics is a dangerous game, enjoy your party's victory.
