DATES Very wonderful and healthy for soft and supple skin, clean bowels and someday I just eat one derica- 600-700 naira And go to sleep without eating anything else. A very good alternative for children at home so that they don't grow up eating These bad sweets that make them fat and addicted to aspartame. As adult when you have that unavoidable libido take care of yourself jare. You know na 8 Likes

HUNGER WITH A CUP OF WATER. YES. I also advocate the simple act of not eating sometimes, and if possible sticking to a 010 or 011 eating style. Going hungry helps removes toxins from our body, Normalise going to bed hungry so that you can wake up feeling free and light. Intermittent fasting 6-11am daily Yoga and Going for long walks means you might actually not see a hospital bed till you die. How many times have you gone to the hospitals and seen a Fulani Northerner, Our main problem is our inability to flush out toxins like bread and meat that cause blockage in our system Go hungry once in a while, for and see how interesting, and freeing it will feel 6 Likes |

Mewa is Pearl millet, and Gero is finger millet, I prefer the dark one It is used for making Kunnu. I also grounded white beans for moi moi with the way Nigeria is going, it can serve as breakfast for you and your kids and can last up to 3 months. You can also add more to your combination if you want it to have that cerelac feel You can add yellow corn, rice and Tigernut. But in smaller quantity. It will improve your children's cognitive abilities and keep them full for a big lunch or dinner. Depending on the family stomach infrastructure 3 Likes |

Op, I kinda like this your beans, but try to make your foods more presentable. The foods might be cheap, but good presentation does not cost anything. Whenever you dish the food, clean the outer edges of the plate, take the pictures first before eating. 3 Likes

BEFORE YOU BUY PARACETAMOL Why not buy Lemons squeeze out the extract in hot water. You see the northerners carrying very heavy load at Ilepo market and trekking long distances without herniation and ready to do it again. They take Lemon and coffee instead of your PARACETAMOL, ibuprofen, and all that chalk, they sell for 200 naira per sachet that do nothing. Lemon and Lime - 100 naira For body pains 2 Likes

Rice and waterleaf. The fuel of the bones are vegetables. Water leaf- 200 Pepper - 100 Cut the waterleaf(the stressful part), put in the pot, add onions and palm oil, crayfish, Salt and Maggi. Its not going to be as sweet as your conventional stew, but in days of no cash, this works as well. 2 Likes

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE is a killer among Older Nigerians, I hear an alternative Cure is drinking pap with the dried and Grounded Pit of Avocado pear. For those who can't afford Visoporin ( I hear Predisolone and Novagin works well too. Check with your Doctor though if it fits your body type. But when talking cheap alternative, Predisolone (some call it Perilon) is effective. Lifestyle change still however remains the best option. 1 Like |
