The States keep oil drilled in their states so oil companies have a right to extract and move to any location they like. Additional consideration is given to the oil states. Nothing you can do. The oil companies have just been stopped from using force of their own otherwise you will not be saying this. They actually owe Nigeria nothing because they fulfill every of their contract in lease and or purchase.
