Open your magisk manager and hide root for the app Or go to the apps permission and deny it access to other apps in your phone |

Some of these cloned oppo phones are prerooted for the phone to function to some extent. Trust me you can never see anything related to root on that phone Even if you reset it a thousand times, it won't work The only way is to flash the oem flashfile which may even brick the phone since some components may have been modified |
