I believe the message is clear! Nobody stops anyone from paying C1 riff rats. However, going forward, this will only happen when all C2 are paid or we call for non-attendance of PPA.

there were time c1 stayed for 3 month going to 4 without any single payment. so , don't let jealousy and envy kill you .

the government will do what they what to do and not how you feel.

if they decide to stretch the duration to 24 months , your cry of envy can't stop it.

if you miss a payment, send them an email.
