That's a great step!!! The funny thing about the judiciary is that the Supreme Court may not even ask that there should be a runoff if PO didn't win the election. They may kick the Druggie out of office and replace him with the plaintiff (if he is able to prove that he finished second with the highest number of votes cast). We have seen that happen in the case of Oyetola Vs Adeleke in Osun State where the tribunal was supposed to order INEC to conduct fresh elections in areas with high cases of over-voting (malpractices). Anyone caught cheating on a massive scale tries to thwart the future of the people and deserves no mercy at all. 1 Like |
