Hello guys, my Sony Bravia TV just wouldn’t turn on after a power outage, what could be the cause? your help is needed guys,I don’t know what to do.

The issue I faxed earlier is above, but now it's fixed(some months back just figured I should post it here)
Took it to someone who fixes tv in my environs,he said it was the power supply that caused it and that it's from the power supply board, cost me about 7500 back then,it's fully functional now.
My advice use a tv guard!

1. Does it have a standby light if plugged? Check if it's ON
2.Check the plug if it's fused and be sure the fuse is okay
3. Change the power cable connecting the TV to your extension box or socket. Alternatively, change you socket you're plugged to so you can be sure iats not the socket with the issue

Yes it does have but it’s not shot now,
The plug is not fused,
I’ve done that still no difference,I’ve also plugged other gadgets and they worked fine,I’m really confused right now.

Ah. I hope it's not what I'm thinking? Did you try to use it without a step down or voltage regulator? stabilizer?

Call Technician
Sony Bravia is a good energy saving TV but not rugged with power surge

What I'm saying is? Is it plugged to stabilizer or did you use it without stab?

It’s plugged to a stabilizer (the extension I use is connected to the stabilizer always)
