Is this sponsored by sane Nigerians or accomodating landlords!? Also If a Niger Delta man is heading it, no problem meaning it is serious. But if it is headed by an Afonja . I repeat all sane Nigerians should not join . Because when he will be bought you won't know . Thai is the legacy of an AFONJA 76 Likes 4 Shares |

This man is reinvigorating Labour. But why stop at picketing only CBN offices? Businesses are almost paralyzed so going on nationwide strike asides having immediate impact makes little difference to the economy the cattle herder and that fraud of a CBN governor has put the nation in. Several billions of people's funds are hanging on bank networks that can't cope with the onslaught of online transactions. The pos banks like palmpay, opay,Kuda etc that used to be the saving grace are now also experiencing transaction failures as customers migrate to their platforms. Someone went to the bank as early as 4am some days ago,was number 85!At the end could only withdraw 5k.When he went again the next day at another there was no cash. The person that reached to 7am,was number 112,couldn't collect any cash throughout the day!! If Emefiele is an economist and schooled in Nigeria, our educational system has questions to answer. If he schooled abroad at any point, the schools should withdraw all his certificates. He is a glorified dunce!!! 118 Likes 12 Shares |

so sad, that Nigeria labour congress, has become Nigeria labour cowards. many industries closed, most industries struggling to survive, resulting from most of your members, losing their jobs and their sources of livelihood, because of fuel scarcity and naira swap policy of the FG, yet all NLC could come up, with is just to picket CBN, instead of calling for industrial action against the federal government. this their feeble minded action of picketing the CBN, may never achieve the desired objective of swaying the FG policy, to their favour. their only option should be total shut down of the economy and FG activities. 11 Likes |

Truth be told, the whole cashless system is not working, and the central bank failed badly in this regard. There are some certain things that we can't buy with transfer; even using transfer for the purchase of 1,000 naira worth of goods is a waste of transfer fee and SMS alert fee. In advanced countries like the UK and the USA, people still spend cash freely. You don't expect that market woman selling 100 naira's worth of ugwu leaves to collect a transfer from you. As a matter of urgency, CBN should make Naira available for Nigerians. If CBN merge all our bank accounts to our BVN and make sure that one BVN cannot withdraw more than 20,000 naira per day, we will be alright. A situation where Nigerians buy naira at 30% charges is crazy; 700 naira in cash is now sold for 1,000 naira via transfer. People are dying on a daily basis, while many people get depressed. CBN should forget the shame and accept that the whole cashless thing has failed woefully. 23 Likes 4 Shares |
