Why is it that the same speed used to declare allegedly rigged votes for Mr Obi all over Igboland during the Presidential election with more voter turn out not the case with the Governorship elections in Igboland?

Total votes counted in Kano was about two million and Kano is far bigger in land mass than Enugu and Abia states combined and their registered voters is just about and close to the total votes in South East yet it did not take Yakubu 5 days to count the votes of Kano!

So how can Yakubu have done a more efficient job in Kano, Oyo etc and now struggle in tiny land malss states like Abia and Enugu?
