Over the years, there has always been emphasis on life skills an adult must cultivate and nurture. Some of these life skills are decision-making, creative thinking, interpersonal relationship skills, self- awareness building skills, empathy, and coping with stress and emotions.

However, as adults, I think it is a bit dangerous not to be able to do these three things.

1. Driving

I know your parents may not have a car. This is not an excuse. You can register in a driving school and start learning driving. This skill is essential because it might come in handy someday.

2. Swimming

Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it keeps your heart rate up, boosts your mood and relieves stress, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness...

Any skill that can save your life is important.

These 3 things na before. These days, you must;

1. Know how to use a gun
2. Know how to save and invest money wisely
3. Know the advanced processes of a computer (programming)
4. Know how and when to rest
5. Know how to satisfy your partner ( the world is now more sexualized than ever before)
6. Know when to say NO ( very important)
7. Know when to quit

These 7 will save your life more than you can imagine. Then OP, you can add your 3 to round off to 10.

apart from the health benefit of the above, most importantly it COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE too. many foolish people who dont know how to swim are quick to jump into rivers and go into the sea at the beach, or even on boats etc, not knowing that it may be their last time breathing.... simply because they dont know how to swim. having a life jacket on a boat is great, but if you dont know how to swim, you will probably die due to the commotion and inability to understand the situation.

unless you live in a country where carrying a gun is legal like the US (or that have gun ranges), chances are, the majority of people in the world dont have the need to know how to use a gun.
