Obidients claim obi was the first to win in court after being rigged out.the first was late adekunle ajasin the then governor of old ondo in the famous ajasin vs omoboriowo case.the second person to do that though belated and posthumously was late alhjaji alhassan badakoshi in 2003... Obi case ended at the appeal court and standard of proof at the appeal court is less weighty and easier than in the apex court.I don't think he would have triumphed at the apex court. Was Obi this was Obi that.....make una rest the case is now in court....... . . . . Mind you OBI is the first and only governor in Nigeria to have recovered his mandate 3 times from the courts and one of such was via Supreme court judgement against Andy Uba. No too much talk see the link below - https://saharareporters.com/2007/06/13/peter-obi-wins-tenure-extended-until-2010-andy-uba-out If the above is not ok for you check the one below https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/587687-analysis-election-litigation-can-peter-obi-again-alter-nigerias-election-calendar.html 6 Likes |

Everything about Obi have always been fake Anambra is not Nigeria Same Obi who went to court with irrelevant substance instead of presenting how he won the election and how he arrived at the figure. Obi went to court for charade show this times. How would you proof you are rigged in a particular area when you did not have polling agents 4 Likes 1 Share |

senatordave1:That case is best described as Atiku's case .The truth is that Obi has a strange grace working for him.I can bet you ,he will win this case .Just wait ,by may 29 you will begin to sense it. Keep this post ,and come back and attack or finish me when that date comes |

chivic: He cannot win this case.anambra own is different, ojukwu and apga where dominant.but how will you explain this one? How did he win? Did the north vote him? Tinubu has a bigger grace |
Re: Was Peter Obi The First Man To Reclaim His Mandate In Court? by chivic(m): 3:39pm On Mar 23, 2023 |
senatordave1: Is plateau state, nasarawa,Taraba,Abuja not northern state? He got votes from other states like Kaduna,Bauchi etc. Tinubu did not win any of the major states that the winners usually win(You need to win 3 of such states.) From the north :Kano, kaduna , Katsina From the South ( Lagos ,Rivers and Anambra) And FCT. Yes he was declared winner in Rivers state but you know that facts prove other wise. Mind you,What LP want to prove that APC did not win or get the said vote declared for them by INEC. I repeat ,keep this post ontil 29th may ,you will see the signs |

helinues:I know you did not attend any school of higher learning. If not how would you argue like this. Keep ranting, empty skull with zero knowledge of law. Why are you afraid if he did go to court with substantial petition? |
