I watched in horror as the Governorship returning officer in Kaduna (a Prof) did the unthinkable that even some illiterates will not do. The law was clear stated to him but he still defied the law and did what he was obviously paid to do. With all that, I have not insult Mahmood Yakubu or INEC.
