Hello guys, anyone know how this Aliexpress exchange of coins for coupons work aside the normal store exchanges that make help you save $1 or $2 sometimes, I've packed some coins & would really like to know how it works, also do the coins gathered expire?

I have made some purchases, i still do have lots of coins i obtained from playing games et all which i'll like to exchange some for Aliexpress coupon(s) but from Aliexpress help centre, somethings ain't that clear, i'll upload some pics, one is how my Aliexpress app first page looks like & the others is how Aliexpress help center's own look like, they are different, can anyone confirm how his/her own app look like, i'm on version 8.62.2

Any help regarding this will be appreciated, i really need to exchange some coins for coupons in addition to what's left on my dollar card to make my final purchases b4 this anniversary sales deal ends

The era of coins for coupon has gone. Any accumulated coins now is for store discounts (if supported) and the buy with coupon option. The latter is not reasonable cuz there's no such discounts/purchase via the coins but an avenue to collect back their coins! Lol

I bought from one stupid seller who insisted I choose an alternative item of same price from his store or cancel order because he doesn't have the particular item I purchased. I actually cancelled and refund is complete but it's yet to reflect on my card.

You see that Aliexpress? They are very tricky when it comes to exchange of coin for coupon, you will soon get familiar with what am saying if you persist in coin accumulation. They only allow you to waste your data gathering coins but at the end of the day, you'll discover that those coins are useless. As I type this , I've got over 10,000 coins in my account which I gathered about 3 years ago but can't use. They are just there staring at me. Aliexpress even estimated the coins to worth 204 USD and then decide to place the amount beside the coins for me to see. But do they allow me to exchange them for the said amount to make purchases? Not at all.

-Question 2 ans: I don't know as i haven't tried it, you can ask customer support, maybe you can share their response here so others who are curious like you could learn too

Alozera had issues with his black card, while you had issues woth your pink card

Let's just say errors can just pop up on any card anytime, irrespective of the app or virtual dollar card used

It is well, all this wahala upon the exorbitant black market prices just to use your own hard earned money, i miss those days when you can just make international order & payment with your naira card even though its limited to $100
