Pls I need advice on how to inspect a Brand new generator what and what to ask and check, how do I know its 100% copper?

Its brandnew nah, buy from a reputable shop that gives warranties incase of factory fault undetected.

As for copper, check the alternator side, if the generator allows it, the coil will be golden in colour, if it is silver, its aluminum coil.

Some do open it up to show you, some slap copper coil insignia on their products. But ask the seller that you want copper coil not aluminum
