January 2023 Admission, I applied for the study Visa last July. Did biometrics & medicals submitted my application in August 2022. First day of November 2022 my application was refused "the officer didn't think I'll leave after my study" . I remember been so hurt.
I deferred my admission to September 2023, intensified my Permanent Residency application and got ITA in February.
Just so I can get back my tuition fee in full lol. I decided to apply for study visa again expecting a refused i Submitted the same documents & i was very nonchalant about it.
To my surprise I got a Passport Request for the new study visa this March grin

Even if you get refused the first time, don't let your head drop & give up. Another officer might just approve you

Google flights
Once you filter, you will see all these cheap prices will disappear. E.g filter layover to 1 stop

Please, kindly help me guide me on this. In my first, application, I stated in my SOP that I render a Healt and Safety professional services to my brother's construction firm. I also stated that I supply them heslt and safety requirements, and I provided a contract agreement between my firm and my brother's firm.

Where I want you to guide me now is this, since after I submitted my first application, my brother has sent me almost 50m to my personal account and not my firm's account. The funds came in the following order; 5m, 5m, 5m, 10m, 10m, 7m. Please, can I explain these funds to be payments for services rendered and supply of goods to my brother's firm? Considering the fact that these funds were paid into my personal account and not my business account?

If you are going to submit your personal statement, then you have to explain the transactions, however, if these are the kind of transactions that occur on your account then it is a regular occurrence which should not be classified as lump deposit. When explaining the transaction, you have to show documentary evidence that shows the transaction history.

What is her study gap and how long is the course she wants to go for?

If you have enough funds, you pay the tuition fees and send her the whole living expenses and do a gift deed to cover the transfer.

Good day all, is it true that Canada does not accept fixed deposit from Micro finance bank as POF ?

Hello,

IRCC Vo's don't really regard microfinance bank and fixed deposit as authentic POF, thinking funds may not be applicants fund. Many have received denial because of that. Please if possible, liquidate the fixed deposit and put the fund in commercial bank.

Just an advice from experience.

All the best.
