It seemed like coach Peseiro wanted to make an Etebo out of Ndidi and was tilted towards the same strategy he used against Sao Tome and Principe, but it did not work. Etebo and Ndidi cannot be substituted one for another. I saw the stuff Ndidi was trying to pull, Ndidi will remain Ndidi. Very good at what he does and that it is. Ndidi can evolve and improve, he is getting there, but a lot of work he needs to put in. The burden of play progression and control shouldn't be left on the shoulders of one player (Iwobi), you cannot do that especially when you are facing a team that is tactically set up to defend. Etebo played a big role in the thrashing of Sao Tome and Principe. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Meliforme:you get eye. The same reason I was seriously against the 2 man midfield nonsense Ndidi performs well when he sits at the front of the back for to shield it. He isnβt a ball carrier and will never be one A midfield of ndidi as dm, Onyeka as b2b and iwobi as an AM would hv destroyed GB 2 Likes 1 Share |

TheGoodJoe: Birds ποΈ of the same feather πͺΆ flock together. After 8 years in Europe he has been in continuous consistent regression he has found his level, among poor quality players like himself. Actually Alonso after his first few games in La Liga played 14 games as a 18 year old in the Segunda division and was immediately catapulted back into La Liga. This is Nwakali fourth season in the very poor relagation bottom section of the Segunda division. Why has Real Madrid not come for him ββ There is absolutely no comparison with Nwakali and Alonso it's an insult to intelligence to even consider the comparison. 1 Like |

In my opinion and from what i have seen so far, coach Peseiro should employ a three-man midfield that has Iwobi, Ndidi and Osayi. 4 Likes |

OGN reports that Peseiro's contract has been extended to 2024. Apparently, there is a clause in his contract that says he can only be sacked if he fails to win the next AFCON. Otherwise, NFF would have to pay him a huge severance fee. Seems we're in for a long ride, guysπ. |

TheGoodJoe: You are sounding like an APC politicians saying the 2023 election was free and fair when it we all know it was comprehensively RIGGED. I have talked about my comments even presented screen shots of over 4/5 years ago . But you still keep telling these BLATANT LIES. I said Sadiq is a poor quality player and to date I still do not rate SADIQ. Whether he plays in La Liga or not π« I just don't him as a quality number 9. Superb performances and he has remained in Segundo division earnings peanuts. |

I was clear and concise and it was not anchored primarily on finance. I challenge your to tell me one item I've said concerning NWAKALI that is UNTRUE, from facts we make deductions. I challenge you to name one Factual information not two but just one item that I've said with regards to NWAKALI that is UNTRUE. I understand that the truth IS BITTER for you and you therefore think it's HATE. I will probably never ever meet Nwakali and I don't know him so why should I hate him β |

TheSuperNerd: These statistics are inconsequential and of little relevance. The context is a very poor league. Would you take a Midfield player getting these statistics in the NPFL playing for Bayelsa United and deduce he is now as good as Alonso ββ |

charlesemeka85:Agreed but Siasia played a very good attacking brand of football. And even with his boys, he did well in the major tournaments he played and like I said earlier if his boys factor were not in, he probably would have achieved more success especially at the Rio Olympics and with his SE role. But anyway, na inconsequential talk, FiFA don put am for football jail |
