I and my woman decided to go for genotype test cos we wish to settle down soon, I know mine which is "AS" but she doesn't know hers. And we really wanted to settle down together in fact from the first time I saw her something struck my mine that she's my wife.

Getting there hers happen to "AS" as well, at first we were very sad we got home and cheered up. We both took decision to continue with the relationship and future plan of settling down together, please married people with this scenario what's ur experience please share with us to strengthen us.

Oga,I think you should look for someone that is SS,then sit the person down and ask him or her what they are going through, then sit yourself down and ask your if I want any of my children to go through what this people are going through, maybe only then you will get your answer.

If you have money and truly love her and want to marry her please make sure you select your child within 2 weeks of pregnancy.

Or

If you're lucky (very dicey) that the first two kids are AS and AA then just stop giving birth.

Or it's only specialist hospital that can do it and how possible is it, just surprise that there's that option, this is a great relieve to me and my gal here with me. One word, Vasectomy! If you really love your woman as you claim, then you would opt for a vasectomy. It is that simple.

1. You witnessed what exactly?
2. Not necessarily! It could be the case that all 4 kids turn out sicklers. The probability thing is just that probability. The reality, however, could be that for one family, all 4 turn out sicklers whereas for another all 4 end up carriers. Recall that these probability distributions are taken from the examination of patterns across several families and not just one particular family.
