Some time ago on bet365 (I think) they gave Victor Oshimen 2.3+ odds for over 1.5 shot on TARGET. A different book gave 1.60s for over 1.5 shot on TARGET but, the under was 2.1+ odds.

From palp errors, to void bets, odd drift, mistakes, etc. Imagine a bookie voiding the winning side of your $1000 bet.

With live arbing there are higher arbs percentage, as such better profits, accounts last longer than premacth, although restriction is unavoidable . But if you are new to arbitrage betting, don't try live arbitrage, because it is very very difficult, lines move in splits of seconds. You need to learn and garner experience with premacth arbing, before venturing into live arbitrage.

Value betting for me is more profitable, more beginner friendly, less account restriction, and less prone to errors. Although it is not for the faint hearted and get rich quick geeks. Value betting is all about placing lots and lots of +ve bets. I was down 5% even after placing 1200 bets. I once had 23 loosing streaks. That is after placing 1200 +ve bets, I was still at a loss. But I wasn't detered by the short term loss. After 2185 bets, I almost tripled my bankroll, all in 2 months and a week.
