Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, has reacted to reports of the governorship form of Labor party for the Imo state governorship election fixed at N25 million, IGBERETV reports.

Reacting to the news via its Twitter handle, Keyamo said Nigeria dodged a bullet on February 25.

Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa states will hold their governorship elections on 11 November 2023. The tenure of the of incumbent governors of Imo, Kogi and Bayelsa States will end on 14th January 2024, 26th January 2024 and 13th February 2024 respectively.

There are 4 types of Labour supporters, only 1 group really believed LP was a party of change and they can be excused.

1. Ibos….it was a tribal agenda for them all along. Ibos know deep in their heart Obi was a failure as governor but they rallied behind him because he represented a vehicle to achieve their goal. Their goal wasn’t good governance but Ibo presidency!
2. Religious sheep against a Muslim Muslim ticket. Their issue stupidly was religion. They’ve been conditioned by Pentecostal churches to retire their brains. This include mainly middle belt and yoruba Pentecostals.
3. Woke adult English speaking, mentally enslaved, western puppet Yorubas. These are the ones who are always saying things like “…in America”, “in the UK” etc. we don’t live in America or the Uk we are Nigerians.
4. The endsars idealist but naive youth

Only the youths truly believed that LP represents change but they can be excused because of the naivety of youth. The biggest fools are no 2 and 3.

Now, people can rationalize and see reasons why such an amount is okay for governorship aspirants in Labour Party.

You won't be this calm and considerate if it were other parties (which, of course, I agree are not without loads of undoings)

In this life, people cancel ❌ those they do not like, even in the few situations where they get things right.
