But feel free to call the embassy and ask questions about it because you provide your information, I guess they’re redirecting the website if not not network problem but it will be better to talk to them coz they will have a better explanation for this.

Going for b1/b2 visa when you have an active petition with the uscis will trigger a desperation suspicion and most cases have heard or read about, the b1/b2 was an outright denial coz they believe the applicant will never return and have the intention to continue to stay in the US and that’s a red flag for b1/b2.
But you can always try though if you so wish, no harm in trying.

Try to find out the answers to your other questions from other group, and relax coz sooner or later E go reach your turn.

Yw, for sometime now k1 and spousal petitions have been taking almost the same processing time but spousal has a lot more benefits, look up more information on uscis page, they have average processing time there and some petition could take less than the processing time while some could be more.

It could be considered as part of the evidence to prove that your relationship is genuine a lot of ppl use it as a best practice of filing. Like two/three from both sides is ideal for you not to propagate your case with too many information or documents that will obstruct the adjudicator from seeing the primary documents that plays stronger roles.

There is no consent letter whatsoever. Otherwise I don't know if the rule has change in the recent time. I will advise you to let him or her send you the list but all you need is photo of you and her as an evidence you have meet before, your passport data page, your address, you parent name and address of where you have stayed since last five years, including your work history.
