Lol, if for two years course you will see £7500 per year. If for a year course you won't see any of £7500.

You can mention the name of the schools here rather than asking one to dig. I repeat no school in UK will give you £7500 after discount for a year course.

You'd submit every document that proves beyond reasonable doubt that she's your wife.

Refunds can be various ways like
-Getting refund for IHS/Visa application fee if you want to cancel your application.
-Getting IHS refund if applicant was refused visa.
-Getting IHS refund if applicant work in health or care sector.

If Not, please reach out to UKVI via the same contact and point out the error,she will need to resubmit her passport for correction and that could take time
