Its because you didn't tick the declaration box, login back to the application, tick the declaration box and submit. Happened to me too bfr i discovered i didn't tick the declaration box, immediately i did and clicked in save and continue, it submitted successfully

Please help I have submitted my application over 2 weeks now but I haven't been able to print it die to the site network. Please is there any other way to go about it? Thanks

Please, someone should rescue me. I have tried to apply several times but I couldn't do it. I even went to cyber but they were unable to help me do the application. The application website is a total mess. It doesn't load at all but when it manages to come up, it won't respond to clicks 🙆

Your illustration is right but after saving it as pdf, it's not reflecting the photo card which contains the applicants details and guarantor form

Something is probably wrong somewhere, it should display all information.

The only thing working on the site is the timer, I hope they extend the deadline or maybe the site was deliberately left that way to prevent more people from applying
