No single human being likes to have their rights impugned upon.. whether by a bigger person or authority or smaller person or authority.

We must always collectively strive to make our society better.
You wouldn't want to go for an exam somewhere only to get there and discover that they want you to barb shiny hair or go barefooted into the exam hall because of their own beliefs.

Those girls could very well sue both jamb and the school for discrimination and serious inconvenience to their mental health. Especially before an exam. (Assuming it wasn't mock).
