It's not rocket science to know people's choice, the scenario that played out when Abia State governorship election was announced is a pure reflection of people's choice and the same template is used all over the world to know people's choice. With Datti's antecedent, no developed nation of the world would trust him in public office.

When I reflect during leisure hours sometimes, I wonder why "progressive generation Z" in Nigeria let the anti human rights proposals Datti made in the past to slide.

Was it really about progress, positive change or something else?

Freedom of speech is allowed in our constitution and any attempt to stop it is purely totalitarian in nature and no more democracy. So it's better for Nigeria to come out plainly and declare that it's a communist state than to hide under democracy and be practicing some thing deadlier than Nazi.
