He is trying to launder (clean up) his money. It's not a problem, na sense you go use. Tell him that you have an idea about the funding, that what about him setting up a business name or registered limited that will then fund the business idea. Or you ensure you have registered a company already, get a lawyer and he too get's his. It's not really your business how he got his money, as long as you are not an accomplice in it.
