How can an NDDC state like Abia with Two cities like Umuahia and Aba be so indebted with nothing to show for it. Internal debt that was just released recently shows that Abia is owing 103+ billion, what did they do with money, not to talk of the external debts in dollars..... Government House is in a rented apartment, make I stop here before my Olaniyi friends know the rot in our state, I no get body to take yabbing.

Your problem is that you have a "zero sum" mentality, what will he take that he hasn't taken since 7+ yrs , everything should follow a due process. the same way people that hated goodluck Jonathan was fighting him with buhari, now see the result. Otti is not a saint. Most people voted him because they believe he has the ideas to develop the state, if he doesn't have the ideas he should step down.

Can't people read with understanding, the question should be who is this person that files this suit, because Otti was not in any way mentioned. Also freezing the State's account is just temporary as the case will be heard on Wednesday April 5.

Let's go back and read very well, the last time I checked, Otti was not in any way part of the suit.

Are you in this country, it seems common sense is far from you, someone with common sense will know that Nigeria is a biased society and the court not excluded, eg hope uzodinma etc.

You don't understand the issue, the problem is the system of Nigeria that enable looting, and the mentality of Nigerians, that once it's affecting the Igbos more,then it doesn't matter, or if it's going to benefit the Igbos more it shouldn't be. More like Igbos are not wanted.
The argument i might consider is, how sure that Igbos won't run the new country like Nigeria, to me considering everything it won't be different from Nigeria, maybe slightly better,because it will be more stable compared to Nigeria.

So in summary even if Nigeria is working, the fact that Igbos are not wanted is enough reason for self determination.

This is a dangerous precedent. Do courts have power to restrict an executive governor from accessing legitimate state funds domiciled in commercial banks? Otti's successor will not spare him when the time comes.

Otti won under Apga in 2015 but he was rigged out.

Not really bro, respect is reciprocal. no matter how bad the leader is, there is still a respect accorded the seat, not really the person. Nobody is really perfect. I tell you, Ikpeazu may be better than Otti in some aspects of life, he is not a TOTAL failure , even though he is looked on as such. Life is multi-faceted. Otti should focus on thanking God for letting him have this opportunity. No matter how it is, if he has good intentions, he will be a successful governor. Onweghi ihe oke ga-eme akpa osikapa. No matter what Ikpeazu does, he cannot do worse that himself, T.A Orji, and Uzor Kalu had done to Abia in the past 24 years. Abia needs to recover from all those. Ikpeazu no fit come kill abia in less than 2 months now. just send a subtle message that will make Ikpeazu know that whatever he does he will be held accountable after office.

The people questioning this move, understandably do not know what that kerosene governor has done to Abia State alongside his fellow bastards like TA Orji and Orji Uzor Kalu. These vermin are the worst of the worst. They converted their own state from a manufacturing hub into a wasteland. Whatever imaginations you have of a bad leader, multiply that by 10 and you have these guys. If left to their vices, nothing, I mean nothing will be left for the incoming to hit the ground running. They'll loot that state dry, sell as many assets as possible and have it on its knees with nothing for the incoming adminstration.
