You are in unfamiliar territory as visitors in Lagos. Go and ask what happened to terrorists hiding in Ikorodu just few yeas ago. They used airforce to rain bombs on them even before air force bomb raid was approved for use in SE and North.

Lagos is not your place so it will just put Igbo as a whole in serious pole disadvantage the hawks among the Yoruba want. This one in Finland will be brought back to Lagos easily once he meddles into Lagos where Yoruba, national and international stakes are very high. Crossing the line into Lagos put his oga in trouble till today. Lagos is not Aba, Onitsha, Owerri , Asaba, Enugu etc. Even Ibadan towers over these places in terms of strategic importance let alone Lagos a prime international hub in Africa.

Lagos and Yoruba will be fine, worry more about Igbo, especially those Igbo hate Yoruba yet live in Yorubaland.

You never said anything about yorubas outside yoruba land particularly in Niger delta, will the be immune to whatever happens in Lagos

I repeat they will be fine wink Worry about Igbo in Yorubaland. Some Igbo can not even go back to Igboland because there is nothing for them in Igboland.

The Yoruba in those places you listed were brought up well and told from home not to hate their hosts and never get involve in the local politics of their hosts even if they hold strategic positions there. When we meet and discuss, we repeat same warning and counsel our parents gave us. If you go against it, you are on your own. The Yoruba away from home know they have a home to return to and their home in Yorubaland is called the place of rest. They will be absolutely fine. Once you attack a Yoruba, others will likely leave and return back home. They have a home to return to with people back home waiting for them.

Among the Yoruba, it is strange and not admired when you leave Yorubaland to those places. You are even looked down upon in a way when you relocate outside or study outside SW except if it is for job transfer especially in multinational oil companies , banks, telcos or security/armed forces.

The DSS or whoever has no basis to arrest the chief, while MC Oluomo and co walk free.

They should release him immediately with apologies and compensation.

Miyetti Alla said more provocative stuffs about inviting their own security from Zamfara and the rest of northern states. El Rufai said worse but nothing happened to him. No arrest was made of sarkin Hausa and sarkin Fulani who threatened and carried out attacks.

If Igbos continue to turn the other cheeks, they will keep getting slapped.

Lots of Igbos don’t like Ekpa, he is not different from this chief. Lots of Igbos are against IPOB but how can Mc Oluomo threaten Igbos and he wasn’t arrested and questioned? The lagos state government have been sponsoring attacks against Igbos.
What have been the response of the state and federal government to attacks against Igbos and the burning of their properties and businesses?
Has Sanwo Olu or Tinubu said anything?

Can this nonsense happen to Hausas or Fulanis?

Lagos state should keep showing injustice and their demonic sides but that will regret not taking action when they should.

You guys should keep supporting evil. It will reach you all one way or the other.

I hate this Ekpa but with what the tinubu administration planning for the igbos, I will support Simon Ekpa on this.
The MC oluomo that threaten the whole tribe, country and police shamelessly said that he was joking even when he threat lead to the killings of voters.
Now and innocent Eze who only ask for the security of his people is been arrested and treated as a terrorist while MC oluomo, FFK and Onanuga are walking free.
If you hate the igbos like this why scatter this country and rebuild it. If possible divide along religious line or political zones.

The bias of the dss and the police is too obvious to every sane person to clearly see not one single person have been arrested for the killing and destructions that was just witnessed in lagos. Arresting the igbo chief without protecting igbos and their properties in lagos is just a total waste of time the igbos I know will definitely orgernize and protect themselves if the senseless unprovoked attacks continues.

100% apt bro... You are correct with this assertions about Yorubas at home and in faraway land... When we are far from our native land, we don't go beyond our boundaries, we always try to mind our biz and live in tranquility by not meddling with our host's politics or customs when we are far from our native land.

True that.

The 2016 Nigerian Airforce bombings of the well-armed Ijaw crude oil criminals, kidnappers and militants hiding in the creeks of Arepo, Ogun State are still on YouTube.

Even the INC of the Ijaws was in support of weeding out the criminals who had migrated from the Delta and Bayelsa areas to cause trouble in the creeks of Lagos, Ogun and Ondo States.
