Arguing with who? Knight Frank, JLL, InterNations? Yeah Nairobi bribed them.

You west african morons need to deal with reality.

Who are you compared with those institutions?

Bring data to back you up. Not your empty frustration.

Slummy Nairobi made it to the list before America’s first and richest city (New York), oh yes I will take this list seriously when the works come to an end .

Definitely I have learnt that Accra is routinely voted the dirtiest city in Africa.

West Africa cities feature prominetly if you search for "Dirtiest cities in the world"

Try that.

Invest in a sewage system first

For the first time as a republic we have a Sanitation Ministry, and with adequate operations funding allocation every year since 2017 yet for the first time since 2017, Accra is consistently the most dirtiest city in Africa.

We have a more modern sewage system than Kenya.

Learn to keep that ZOO clean and smelling good

Smelling sewage in Nairobi is horrible. The last time I had that scent was in Liberia when a sewage pipe got burst.

No state or city in Africa is undergoing such a significant urban renewal as Lagos. Lagos is now building new cities, industrial parks, airports, the longest bridge in Africa, and two train lines with 100% state funding, among other things.

That's the way it should be

No African country at this point should be dependent on loans to be able to carry out infrastructure development

Good, hope it comes with a tesla manufacturing plant.
Processing plant kinda sound vague to me though, the plant might be used to purify the minerals before been exported.
But let's see first. this is still good, the govt can still force them to open battery plant in the future.
The plant is for refining nickel and other metals, that is what I heard.

But that is a good starting point because the hardest part on this the whole nickel value chain is to do refining right here in TZ.

The gov won't force them or Tesla to shift their plants to TZ. What the gov will do is to give incentives to companies so that they can manufacture the electric car batteries in TZ. That will be so easy, because all refined high graded materials will be available locally, and the existing battery manufacturers will definitely go for electric cars batteries

Anyways lists like this are useless abd don’t reflect reality. We can’t exalt a list that was made after cherry-picking about a dozen individuals to give out their opinions . Every Tom,d1ck and Harry here knows nairozoo is shiit compared to all the cities on that list. Swallow that bitter pile and digest it,I don’t feel sorry telling you the harsh truth.

Among top buyers of Nairobi real estate are Nigeria drug/oil barons. Are they lso white. They are attracted by Nairobi because they get luxurious residential spaces. Something you will never have in your stinky west african zoos where nothing works.

The global super-rich are flocking to the Kenyan capital Nairobi to snap up additional luxury homes that sell from Sh80 million, according to a new report by property consultants Knight Frank.

Nairobi’s high end real estate allure is also pulling Africa’s most moneyed tycoons, according to the Knight Frank Kenya inside view Kenya report.

“The country (Kenya) as a whole is among the top five most popular second home locations for Africa’s wealthiest,” says the report released recently.

Kenya is also on the radar of high net worth investors from Europe and USA led by British buyers who represent 63 per cent of foreigners seeking properties in the country.

South Africans are the second most buyers of Kenyan homes at 16 per cent, followed by Spaniards, Mauritians and Americans.

‘‘We also see a sizeable number of Italians and other nationalities drawn to the coast around Malindi, Watamu and Lamu, as well as the countryside such as in Nanyuki, close to Mount Kenya, and within private game conservancies,’’ the report noted.

Italians have topped the list of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) buying prime residential properties in Kenya, according to a Knight Frank report.

HNWIs from the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, New Zealand, the US and France also prefer the African nation as second-home destinations.

The report said that the expensive suburbs of Nairobi and areas along the coastline are in demand by Italians, followed by Britons and Americans.

As usual, you always want to compare your country to us... Just put in more effort and the Kenyan educational system will get to Ghana's status.

This is impressive. In an era where the reading culture has waned across the world we thank God for little mercies such as this.

I remember how seriously secondary school students used to flaunt their literary knowledge way back in the 90s and I find it difficult taking the Gen z of nowadays seriously. But then one is delighted when oases of sensibility such as this emerge. Kudos to those Ghanaian students.

I'm curious to know the countries alongside Kenya that make up that "hallowed" top 5.
