I think you have to come up with better background.
That thing looked like how 2go rooms used to be back in 2010.
NL background isn't bad, if you want to change things, then you should have to change that top where our moniker and logout option is.
Let it be in a drop down list at a corner while that top should only have few things like our name and probably a little profile pic of us.
Also make it possible for us to save important files on to our personal profiles without creating a thread for it, this could help curb the behaviour of some people who sees the forum as some faceless place where you could misbehave.
