Pastry for the week:
A twist on cinnamon roll that I watched on good network. It ought to be a "sweet orange roll" and the twist is replacing cinnamon with orange marmalade.

Unfortunately, I realized there's no orange nematode at home this, I changed it to strawberry preserves. My mistake was not to replace the orange cream maybe with cream cheese this, it is a bit too sweet (madam said so but not for me) however, not sure strawberry orange is a great flavor because the rind from the orange has a taste that doesn't complement the strawberry flavor.

Will make some cake and bread tomorrow that we can have more options.

Pounded yam and a play on mixture of white and banga soup. I used palm oil from banga and yam as a thickener.

Damn. This increased my cravings for banga.

● Red and green chilies
● Chopped garlic
● Sliced Onions
● Parsley (Optional)
● Yellow cherry Tomatoes (Optional)
● Lime juice
● Salt
● Brown sugar
● Fish sauce
● Vinegar (Optional)

I once added black pepper still my taste bud just don't agree.

HELP!!!!

Try squeezing some lime juice into it (to give it that tangy taste), add a bit of salt, mash and use it as spread for bread.

Takes getting use to. Start trying it.
It is a very tasty meal.
Toast your bread and just cut, peel and ready to eat. Nothing added - no salt added if I'm eating it with bread.
Avocado - when not spoilt, taste good.
You cut it open and see that greenish light yellow color (not brown) then you are on to some great eating experience cheesy

I snack on plain Avocado!

Smoothie in my amazing, extraordinary and powerful blender.

1 huge chunk of Ginger
2 Grapefruits
2 Oranges
2 Mangos
1 peeled but whole lemon (including the seeds)

I didn't need to add water or anything.
It blended everything to perfection.
I'm sure this thing can blend even rocks.
I love it so much! 🤗

What is the blender model, please?
