On ETH, I believe, hypothetically, a coach should be able to tweak his formation to fit the profile of players available for a game. You cannot expect the gangly McTominay and shaky Sabinus to give you what Casemiro would give you on the pitch. So it's just common sense to at least switch up and maybe do something different with your midfield combination and playing pattern. But this ETH, as with almost every other seasoned managers, is stubborn. Dem no dé ever change from weytin dem believe in, even if the boys are stinking up the joint like we had yesterday. He should do better.

I'm not sure Sancho would ever cut it in the PL, his weaknesses far outweigh his strengths for a league like this and for a team like ours. It's disappointing though, we had high hopes.

I don’t think we’re as bad as most people here assume.

Sure, this is not our best form. Sure, we’ve been terrible of late. Sure, we could’ve won some lost games. But then you also have to remember that this team was once deemed title contenders.

If you look at our whole season as a whole, the last string of results won’t damage your confidence in the team.

Once Case, Eriksen and Garnacho returns and the team starts playing well, the spirit here will change.

Sancho’s biggest flaw is his mentality. Nothing more.

He has this belief that, as a winger, he’s not meant to defend or win balls. He doesn’t like the hard work. Just vibe and skills and goals and asssists.

Sancho lives in happy land, not in the reality of the EPL.

If he has the mentality of Garnacho, there’s absolutely nothing that can stop him except from injuries.

Bernado Silva, David Silva, and even Foden are not sprinters.
When they were in the academy I am sure Sancho was faster than Foden.

What we are seeing is pure mentality failure. Either it’s just a character flaw or it’s the blood money salary, the guy has checked out long time.

Don’t you see the way the guy gives up on 50-50 balls and loose balls. If the ball is not passed straight to his boot he behaves like the game is on another pitch.

Reiss Nelson that you are mentioning didn’t do up to one-third of what Sancho achieved.

We’ve played 14 games since Eriksen got injured in January. He still tops our assists chart. That should tell you a lot about how much we rely on him.
